8/30/04: I updated the shows...thats it. Bye. 8/12/04: Yeah, lack of updates...I know, shutup. TAS released their cd "open minds open hearts open wounds." They are selling it for 10bones either through them or at CD Warehouse. Pick it up, good stuff! Van Ermans just did a mini-tour with Blueprint76 and have a show at the Shelter with Thought Riot. Rodeo Midgets also just played a show at the Shelter with River City High. Congrats to both of them. Big show at the Dimondale Park tomorrow Noon-8 with Unwanted Reflections, Eastern Skyline, Dead End New Jersey, Nice Try and a ton more. 6/21/04: Ok, so Ive been really fucking lazy lately and havent updated this shit, but there really hasnt been much to update. Shows have slowed down and bands have stopped sending me what shows they do have.This is important: Brighter Days Infoshop has had to stop having shows because of kids hanging out on the sidewalks and lawns. Im bitching about this because John fucking told everyone to specifically stay off the sidewalk to avoid being shutodwn and did you all listen? NO! Now a great fucking place for people to hang out and see some awesome shows is gone. Lansing has next to nothing for venues and some people who cant follow directions just fucking ruined one of the very few good things this scene had. In other news: STILL STANDING IS SELLECK We thought it was funny but some people didnt, so that made it even funnier. 5/3/04: The ones calling themselves Selleck sent me this to post: The day of reckonening is upon us. On the twenty-ninth day of the fifth month in the year two thousand and four Selleck will arrive and the Revolution will begin. Ummm, so yeah, they have a show now. 4/30/04: Some shows to report. Still Standing will finally be playing a couple shows after a few months off. May 29th at Cafe Latte with Sin Theorem(former members of Prevalent Dreams) and also with Faultline. Another show at Latte on June 11th; Jockstrap Dave and Still Standing. Because there is really nothing to update. Noone has been sending me show updates or band updates. Bands, it is up to you get that shit to me...told you all many times now. I added the links for Off Riley and Undirected, so go check them out. Also, I have once again gotten a message from the band calling themselves Selleck. Again, they have given me no real information or anything about themselves except that they ask I post this,"By the sixth month of the year two thousand and four, the revolution will begin. The day draws nearer...Selleck is coming." Yes, I too am clueless.2/21/04: I updated the shows section and added one new link to the bands for Selleck. I dont know who they are and they arent really good at giving any info, they just asked that I post this: "The Revolution is upon us...Selleck is coming. They are an independent shop located on Michigan Ave and they do alot to keep the public and the scene aware of whats going on in the world. Do your best to go down and support them.
